You are in control of your data in OneLab. This page explains how to delete it.

Delete data yourself, instantly

Disconnect an account: in OneLab, disconnecting any TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account immediately removes its stored access tokens from our systems.
Delete content: you can delete any post, draft, or scheduled item from within OneLab at any time; this removes it and its associated media from our storage.

Request full deletion

To delete your OneLab account and all associated data, connected-account tokens, content, captions, scheduling records, and cached metrics, send a request and we will complete it within 30 days.

Subject: OneLab Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your OneLab account so we can verify and locate your data.

What gets deleted

Access and refresh tokens for every connected social account.
All content you created in OneLab (videos, images, captions, cover images, scheduling records).
Basic connected-account info (username/ID) and any cached performance or comment data.

OneLab does not post to or alter your social platforms during deletion; it only removes the data OneLab holds. Content you already published to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube is managed on those platforms directly.
