OneLab ("OneLab", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") is a social media management platform for content creators and studios, operated by Creative Lab 1. Creators connect their own social media accounts and use OneLab to schedule, publish, analyze, and respond to their own content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to onelabhq.com and the OneLab application.
OneLab is used by content creators, social media managers, and studios ("you", "creators"). Each creator connects social accounts that they own or are authorized to manage, and OneLab acts only on those accounts, at the creator's direction. OneLab does not access accounts you have not connected, and does not collect data about other users of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube beyond what is publicly returned for your own posts (for example, comment counts on your content).
We process your information only to provide these features to you, the account owner. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited cases:
When OneLab acts on your behalf, it interacts with the APIs of TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and Google (YouTube), in accordance with their platform terms and developer policies. Information obtained through the TikTok APIs is used solely to provide the features you request and is handled in accordance with this policy and TikTok's Developer Terms and platform policies. OneLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
OneLab uses YouTube API Services to upload videos you choose to your own YouTube channel and to read your own channel and video statistics so OneLab can show you how a post performed. By connecting a YouTube channel to OneLab you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to information Google handles.
OneLab requests only the access it needs: permission to upload a video to your channel, and read-only access to your own channel and video statistics. OneLab never reads other people's private data, never uploads to a channel you have not connected, and never sells or shares YouTube data with advertisers or data brokers.
Revoking access. You can disconnect YouTube inside OneLab at any time, which deletes the stored authorization from your browser. You can also revoke OneLab's access directly from your Google account at any time through Google's security settings page. Revoking access immediately stops OneLab from uploading to or reading from your channel.
Data OneLab obtains from YouTube API Services is stored only for as long as it is needed to show you your own results, and is deleted when you disconnect the channel or delete your account. Aggregated statistics shown to you are refreshed from YouTube rather than kept indefinitely.
OneLab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs (YouTube and Google Calendar) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your YouTube account and your Google Calendar is used only to show it back to you inside OneLab and to upload the videos you choose. It is never sent to any AI service, never used to train or improve any AI or machine learning model, and never sold or shared for advertising.
OneLab's AI features (caption and idea suggestions) use Anthropic's Claude through its commercial API, which does not train on the data we send. Those features work from what you write in OneLab, your Instagram results and public information; they never receive your Google user data.
Tokens and content are stored in our private, access-controlled database (Supabase), scoped with row-level security so each creator can only access their own workspace's data. Access requires authentication as the account owner. Videos awaiting a scheduled post are held in private storage only until the post is published, then deleted. We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Connected-account tokens are kept until you disconnect that account. Scheduled videos are automatically deleted from storage after they are published. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation.

OneLab is intended for professional creators and businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including by the service providers listed above. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
OneLab uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
