These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Creative Lab 1 ("Creative Lab 1", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of OneLab ("OneLab", "the Service"), a social media management platform available at onelabhq.com that lets content creators and studios schedule, publish, analyze, and respond to their own social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use OneLab. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any social accounts you connect are ones you own or are authorized to manage.
OneLab lets you connect your own social media accounts and then caption, schedule, publish, analyze, and respond to your own content on those accounts from a single dashboard. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time.
You retain all ownership of the videos, images, captions, and other content you upload or create in OneLab ("Your Content"). You grant Creative Lab 1 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, storing a video until its scheduled publish time and delivering it to the platform you selected). You represent that you have all rights necessary to post Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
You agree not to use OneLab to: access or act on accounts you are not authorized to manage; publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates a platform's rules; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service to spam or abuse any platform or person.
OneLab publishes and reads data through the APIs of TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and Google (YouTube). Your use of those services is additionally subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or decisions (including content removal or account actions) made by those platforms.
OneLab is offered on a paid subscription (with any free-trial period stated at sign-up). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
OneLab, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Creative Lab 1 and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
You may stop using OneLab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or a connected platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
OneLab is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, as this depends on third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Lab 1 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, including failed, delayed, or removed posts on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Lab 1 harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Creative Lab 1's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you rights in your place of residence.
